Thatís why our company is a corporate sponsor for a number of worthy causes Ė and itís also why our employees gladly participate in fundraising activities and charitable events.

Ellsworth Corporation sponsors the following charitable organizations Ė and we invite you to consider contributing to any and all of these noble causes as well.



Angelís Place

Angelís Place is a hospice setting available to all seriously ill children in the entire Greater New Orleans Area.Our contribution goes toward a permanent home for these children to spend their last days in peace with their parents and care providers.



Childrenís Hospital

The Kids Fund provides help for patients and supports ongoing research underway in the hospitalís Research for Children.



I CAN Help, Inc

This organization offers help to first-time drug offenders, giving them a chance at redemption. Offenders who participate in the drug court program are enrolled in an extensive 18-month program supervised by a judge. Substance abuse support groups, drug tests and community service are mandatory for those enrolled.



Leukemia and Lymphoma Society

Ellsworth has participated as a Spotlight Sponsor for this organizationís Light the Night Walk. This fundraiser is a night to pay tribute and bring hope to people battling cancer and to raise funds to continue cancer research. Each year, participants gather in cities across America and walk holding illuminated balloons (white for survivors and red for supporters).



New Heights

The New Heights Therapy Center is a unique equestrian program for people with disabilities. Students are teamed with instructors, horses and volunteers in therapeutic riding sessions designed to help those who are physically, cognitively or emotionally challenged to achieve an improved quality of life. Ellsworth provides the insurance for the Garden Party Fundraiser each year.
